To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, with all included accessories and original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your MoonwalkMist Humidifier arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Include your order number and photos of the issue so our team can evaluate your request and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
